In less than an hour's time, you will be able to get your hands on an iPhone 5 New Zealanders! (If you're lucky enough!)
Sure enough, Vodafone has launched an iPhone 5 "launch party" at Vodafone's HQ in Auckland. It is at - 20 Viaduct Harbour Ave, Auckland City if you want to still go there now (You definitely won't be the first person to get the new iPhone, but the entertainment is quite nice!
Vodafone is also opening three stores across NZ for iPhone sales starting at 12:01am Friday 28 September. These stores are at:

• Lambton Quay, Wellington
• Westfield Mall, Riccarton, Christchurch
• George St, Dunedin

They [Vodafone] are not allowing "outright" sales at the moment, so you will have to sign a contract for your iPhone. But the first 50 people in the queue at the Auckland venue will be able to go into a draw to be one of the lucky 35 people who will be able to buy the iPhone 5 upfront! 

The new iPhone 5 is supposedly costing $1049 for the 16GB model, $1199 for the 32GB model and $1349 for the 64GB model. These prices are in NZD and include GST.
